You may try either, or both these steps: (1) Check the user name and password on your dialer which should be your 10 digit Netconnect number entered without prefixing zero (2) Try connecting, by changing the network settings from Netconnect+ to Hybrid or 1X mode......If these do not work, please contact us on: 1800-3000-5555
